Our pure maple syrup is all made by us! With help from several family members, we collected the sap and hauled it back to our wood fired evaporator. We inserted wood into the fire box every 8-10 minutes for many many hours on end to evaporate the water off of the sap to be left with sweet, pure maple syrup!
